Issues with Imperialism: HOW TO READ THE RUSSIA-UKRAINE WAR.

SYNOPSIS:

This book reflects from human nature to review the Russia-Ukraine war. From that reflection, it brings out a theme of 'fear' as both the cause and effect of the war, and then casts a 'whispering fear' that the war may lead to global conflagration as, most likely, the current check on the US-led West's advance on Russia. With NATO involvement, however, how else may this war end? It is certainly a very difficult war for all the parties. This is because it has an independent cause. The author discusses this cause, with probing questions as: why have the two neighbours gone into such a bloody enterprise? International manipulation? Why? Actually, of whose interest is the war? And what is the source of this interest? He explains the role of fear in this complex system of international politics. Because, according to him, the whole gamut of human life is anchored by 'fear'; arguing that, fear is what drives international politics. This is the diagnostic presentation that this book offers on the unfortunate event of the Russia-Ukraine war, thereby revealing its unique and scientific perspective.

The book is a product of 21 months of observation and study of the war. The war was researched, studied and processed within the theoretical and philosophical frameworks of Realism and Causality, and a non-narrative historical framework of imperialism. This method was to distill from history resources which may be useful for the present world in its circumstance of an entrapping war.

This book has a double academic value, in that it has the characteristics of both a book and an article. As a book, it presents historical facts, figures and patterns within the boundaries of history, theory and philosophy. Like an article, it has synthetized these facts, figures and patterns to generate a different perspective for the Russia-Ukraine war, within new general perspectives and perceptive understanding of the international political environment. It thereby opens into an alternative view of the Russia-Ukraine crisis to expand the frontier of knowledge. The book has been developed as a technical, practical and historical document on the Russia-Ukraine war. The author focused on the US' international behaviours(USib) to analyze and define the war. This was a difficult approach to the discourse on the war, which then required a delicate technique to deliver the book.

Because the author is a journalist and scholar, he was able to combine academic and journalistic methods and tools to diagnose the conflict. He is thereby able to make the book a fluid analytical presentation on what he has termed the "R-U Straight"(R\U s). It is written in simple and everyday language. The book is an original, intentional and trenchant work. It is thought provoking, and a product of deep reflection and critical thinking. It offers a profound exploration of both the independent and dependent causes of the embedding war.

As an investigative scholar, the author's approach to issues and study of historical events, which the Russia-Ukraine conflict has become, is principled on the critical question: 'Why'. Thus, without bias, prejudice or any nationalistic sentiment, and being free from any affiliate restriction, consideration or censuring, the author has been able to exercise alternative thinking to present in this book a scientific and critical view of the events of the Russia-Ukraine war.

Through his philosophical, theoretical and historical analyses, the author invites readers to reflect on the complexity of the Russia-Ukraine war from unique perspectives of human frailty, international power and the nature of international political environment.

Opening with the new definition of Imperialism, this book gives new information while making reflective and creative use of extant materials. The combined effect of the methods used for its presentation is that the book is fit for universal readership - because we are all involved.

This is a very unique and intentional book, a philoso-historical analysis of the Russia-Ukraine war. The triangle image on the cover represents the central analytical model used to deliver the mandate of the book, which is: to guide the world out of the war - Moses Oyelade, PhD.

The big game has started. It would not lead to the fabled WWIII. But it is going to shift the balance of power in which Uncle Sam is no longer lonely at the top. Uncle Trump just chose to harass Russia, and that created two opportunities. One, China is ever on the Taiwan quest. With Uncle Sam getting involved with bullying his arch-rival in the iconic international politics, 'maybe it is time to take our chance on Taiwan' , says China. 'A good idea. Do that to create two theatres of war for the nasty Uncle Sam in the north America', Russia urges China. It seems POTUS Trump is new to superpowersm. So it is tickling him. Happiness is an emotion. There is no room for emotion in politics generally, and in international politics, especially. You don't joke nor play with power. You don't tinker with nuclear power because you have it, and you believe you are superior with it. Both the possibilities and eagerness of China to take or retake Taiwan are hinted at in the book

You don't tinker with nuclear power because you have it, and you believe you are superior with it. Both the possibilities and eagerness of China to take or retake Taiwan are hinted at in the book "Issues with Imperialism:HOW TO READ THE RUSSIA-UKRAINE WAR"(available worldwide). There are a few reasons China wants Taiwan. The revolution that led to the creation of Taiwan has ever still on. China has not accepted the suppressed 'no Victor, no vanquished' that the creation and existence of Taiwan indicates, suggests or implied. Secondly, the existence of Taiwan ensures or enables the presence of the US at the Chinese borders. The same way Ukraine's membership of NATO would ensure for the US and the allies, against the strategic security of Russia. Third, China has grown her power, and is now a superpower. Thus, the question of Taiwan is now a question of her new status. Therefore, that question would have to be settled sometimes. And one of the 'best' times would be when the bullying Uncle finds himself in his own difficult situation. Because a war with Putin's Russia may just be a very difficult situation for Uncle Sam. Therefore, the news suggested in the image here is a dynamic of international politics. And given the known character of POTUS Trump, this dynamic may not lead to the fabled WWIII. Why is this 'bad' for Europe, or why would not Europe support, accept or encourage that? The answer is in the book here. For a glimpse, Europe doesn't or did not know that it is a mantle for the US. That the US rides on the nature of the political Europe to advance its own cause in the world. Smart US, right? According to the author of this book here, ("Issues with Imperialism:HOW TO READ THE RUSSIA-UKRAINE WAR"), rivalry is the nature of the political Europe. That is why much of the international history is history of Europe. Their kingdoms, political competition and empires. It is this rivalry that has made the #russiaukrainianwar possible. For much of her history, the US has literally bought European alliance. Think of the 'Marshall Plan' after the WWII. Think of NATO. Even the UN was the US' foreign policy tool to organise Europe. She deftly designed some values around the Greek democratic political culture and organized as the "universal values" to 'tame' Europe. Of course, many of the US officials, like #CondollezaRice, have openly stated that those values are "American Values". But, as it is predicted in this book here, Europe is probably coming to her own question. Not sure if Trump would ever return to the White House, the author has signalled to Europe what the continent and its people may face in the international political environment, should a president like Trump reigns in the US again. And then, it is not a president like Trump who has assumed in the White House again, it is Trump himself, and so quickly. Truly, authors are like prophets. There is a very strong need for the European state managers to get this book. Europe is set to oppose the US on the issues of the Palestinians and Gaza. I think that is a panic response to the US that is telling the Europe off. Panic doesn't win. Rather, it sets up a latent trap, which the panicking is not prepared for. There are better steps to take, or that can be taken, for Europe to redesign its continent for its survival. The steps are simple, and they are found in this book. Alignment and realignment are a common feature of the international political environment. There have been some undesired or undesirable consequences at some of time such alignment or realignment have been mismanaged. Mismanaging the current or ongoing ensuing or evolving realignment might lead to another world war. But then..........😒🤫. Get a copy of this book. It is available worldwide. TRUMP: THE WORLD under WATCH As Week #1 closes up today in the United States of America under new leader, it is suitable to, thoughtfully, look at the future of the world. Right, with assumption of office by President Donald J. Trump, it is certain that a lot of changes will occur in the international political environment. Judging from his pre-campaign posture, campaign statements, acceptance of victory/post-election speeches and inauguration addresses, there is no doubt that #President #Trump has come to change the world from what we have recently ever know it. It is not exaggeration saying that the United States of America defines or shapes the world. At least, the modern world, the one presently in our hands, is an American informed(or formed), shaped world. The US has since 1945 taken ‘its place in the Sun’. ‘One’s Place in the Sun’ is a code reference for a motivated imperialism. Of course, from 1945 to 1990, the modern world was dua-polar(pair-polar), when it was divided into two blocks – West and East. However, true to the nature of imperialism, which sees that ‘there is no rival’, the #US, as the leader of the West, engaged the leader of the East, the now defunct Union of Soviet Socialist Republic(USSR),in a restless war of survival, which was code-named ‘Cold War’. Thence, the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1990 marked the beginning of a uni-polar world, whereby the US assumed the unquestionable leadership of the modern world. Of course subsequently, there have been others states which are politically accepted as superpowers. However, those other states’ superpowerism is more symbolic, only significantly meaningful, only, for a controlled multi-state mutual co-existence, at least, with those other states, which could strategically also stake out interests in the universal commonwealths. Otherwise, the global sheriff has been the United States of America, a role which she does not qualitatively share with any other states, but only quantitatively shares around as it may be dictated by any strategic and contingent requirements or considerations. Because they are naturally serial, these strategic and contingent requirements or considerations, have, overtime, eroded from the US, her victuals – mostly economic and political, and now progressively, military. This means that the #US is currently following the #Roman path – in spite of its power, successes, prosperity, grandeurs, Roman Imperialism ended after a space of a millennium(see the books mentioned below for specifically strategic definition of this ‘imperialism’). History is there to teach us. And I think that is(or was) what has happened to Mr. Donald John Trump, now the President of the United States of America. In one of my recent posts here on Facebook, I cheerfully(jokingly) wondered if Mr. Trump had read any or both of these books: ‘Reconceptualisation of Imperialism in the Context of Rome and the US’ and ‘Issues with Imperialism: How to Read the Russia-Ukraine War’. This conjecture was made, rather, because in these two books, the factors, both of and for imperialism were clinically and organically discussed with key instruments of critical thinking through history. The first book uses #Imperialism as the independent variable, while the second uses the #Russia-Ukraine war. In this book on the Russia-Ukraine war, the factor of the founding fathers of the United States were discussed as it has advanced the US into the global power status(and profile)that the present world population have known her for. It was thereafter discussed that the ‘gap’ between the founding fathers and the “generation after”, historically, poses threats to the survival of any viable strong state. In the instance of the points strongly made in the book as a cause, it seems that those points have served as a body of course for the fervor of #nationalism, which is presently being demonstrated by the new POTUS, Donald Trump. In the course of my research for the book ‘Reconceptualisation of Imperialism…’, I discovered that ‘Fear is source of Strengths’. That is, it was fear that had motivated both the #Roman and the #US’ Imperialism. This factor of fear is discussed in the book on the Russia-Ukraine War as the primary and independent factor for the war between Russia and Ukraine. This fear is mutual for both #Russia and #Ukraine, and as it is discussed in the book, there lies the dilemma of the war for the world. The international political environment exists in a state of flux. It is a rapidly changing system. However, the system has constant properties within which these changes occur, thus presenting the international political environment in terms of technicalities. As it is discussed in the books, all these technicalities are themselves properties for any successful state management. Then, could it be plausible to reason that Mr. President has, probably, seen any or both of these books! It is too early in the day, of course, to strongly feel that way. Nevertheless, I have in the past patriotically encouraged various managers of the #Nigerian state, other #African states, and the so-called Third World states, to pick interests in these books. They offer strong, strategic and quality lessons in statehood and successful state management. Importantly, since Trump, at the beginning of the war, had strongly reacted to the roles of the US in the Russo-Ukrainian Conflict(which are described in the book ‘Issues with Imperialism: How to Read the Russia-Ukraine War’), he should be expected to strongly impact on the war. He has already been making intentional statements on the affairs. And just from similar perspectives that the author of the book above has explored, the POTUS has laid blames for the war. His view and position on this delicate conflict are crucial. This is because, it is only the reality of another global war that has been the check factor for any dangerous escalation of the Russia-Ukraine war. Therefore, now that the #POTUS has given both Russia and Ukraine very hard choices, I would, very especially, strongly recommend this book(above) to both Russia and Ukraine. It contains strategic suggestions on how to systematically navigate out of the war. More importantly for this current Trump’s Era, the #European state managers would benefit from the technical insights provided in the two books. Moreso, as much as the Russia-Ukraine War is a snare unto both Russia and Ukraine(that is why POTUS’ blames are appropriately aimed), it is a web on the West. Definitely, therefore, from the perspectives of these two books, viewing the world under President Trump, it is much likely that he will impact the world, pushing history to substantially repeat itself. And since it seems like he has come back to the #Oval Office with a nationalistic ‘vengeance’, we should expect that the world would not remain the same as it has been for the past several decades. Dear lovers across the globe, it gives me much pleasure to inform you all that the paperback version of this book is now available for you. It is available globally. There are now two editions of the book. The present one is a new edition. This edition much more satisfies academic purposes, as much as the intellect of the much more curious minds who desire to see alternative interpretations of life, environment and existence in general. The poems reflect and sound off of 'Sound and Time' of humanity from the prism of an African society. They are written on a selected human themes of love&romance, (blackman)politics, some historical events, etc, and tributes to some Nigerian heroes as MKO, Bola Ige, as well as elegy to Deborah Samuel. Many of the poems are representative while some other are inversive for you and me. This is especially in the poems on our immortality; because humanity has not, yet, a common agreement on its immortality. Nevertheless, a few of the poems give meaning to death from its process. All in all, the book is both grim and releasing. Writing in your everyday language, rather than in academic jargons, it is a book to read, when you are down, and when you are up! Brought for you all with much love!!!!!😍🥰😘

When the Russia-Ukraine war broke out on February 24th, 2022, I immediately saw an easily complex situation in the hand of the World. There was a reason for that. I spent almost 11 years researching into international politics, using 'Imperialism' as heuristics of the studies. Using 'Imperialism' as the independent variable is the most logical approach to understudying international politics. Because 'Imperialism' is summarised as 'fear and power' while international politics is simply 'power and fear'. In summary, Imperialism is international politics as international politics is THE ramifications of Imperialism. The results and reports of my 11 year researches were published in a book form since April 2020, titled

The results and reports of my 11 year researches were published in a book form since April 2020, titled "#RECONCEPTUALISATION OF #IMPERIALISM in the Context of Rome and the US"(available worldwide). Indeed, the Russia-Ukraine war is nothing sort of international politics with the metrics of Imperialism. Thus, when that war broke out, it was alerting to me, because I could immediately see its complexities. This was due to the intricacies of the mechanics of the war and the warring profiles. That was why the book indicated in the images here, was assigned to the purpose of that developing history in the European axis. The book is a pragmatic approach to understanding the war from the perspectives of its Causality. Approaching an ongoing war from perspective of Causality is one of the most difficult intellectual endeavours, but it is also the best approach, since it is diagnostic of and for the event. The product of such approach may be a bit technical. Yes. This book here is substantially technical. It is practical, as well. Because it uses #philosophy, human #psychology, theory and concept in the #Context of the human nature and the nature of the international political environment. Its reliance on the concept of Causality forms it into a mathematical model. That is what you see on the cover of the book - the right triangle. A fan once commented on the book, saying "there is what looks like the '#Pythagorean #theorem' on the cover of the book". That comment was pleasantly 'funny' to me. Yes! The principal image on the cover is a triangle, a right triangle. The image(the right triangle) represents the central #analytical model that was used in the book to discuss and analyse the #RussiaUkrainewar. The fact is that, in agreement with #Physics and #Cosmology, everything in the universe can be defined in mathematical terms. The truth is that, it was even natural philosophers who discovered mathematics. The pure Arithmetics which stands in #Causality - cause and effect, i.e, 2+2 will always be 4 as the result of their addition, which is the cause. Other terms of mathematics, which may vary this causality, like Algebra, geometry, are not natural mathematics. They are manipulation of mathematics. Noting that #mathematical model is used to deliver the purpose of this book, there is no gainsaying that this is a book like none other, especially on the issues of the Russia-Ukraine war. The #book doesn't just only present the war, it discusses and analyses the unfortunate situation. That President #Trump seems to have been frustrated on the war, that #Europe seems to have lost initiatives on the war, and that both #Russia and #Ukraine seem to have been bugged down in their fighting, are all presaged in this book. What seems not to have been manifesting is #WWIII, which, in any case, is still not far fetched. And apart from the metrics and mechanics of the war, this book contains some salient historical facts and values, as well as some theoretical and conceptual arguments and values in the and for the fields of #internationalpolitics, #Internationalaffairs, #internationalsystem generally, #strategicstudies and #history. It is therefore recommended for students, scholars and practitioners across those disciplines and fields of human endeavours. It is particularly a resource book for State managers, as well as those who wish or need to know how the world is run. England, not The Great Britain nor the UK, appears to be going on a parallel line in international politics, currently, with the US. The two countries have been the baston of the Western Civilisation. Keir Stammier(?) seems to see himself as the counterforce to Trump. In the book here, the author predicts a possible end or collapse of the Western Civilisation, citing its vulnerability. Even in the US, majority of the citizens are moving or tilting towards eastern culture(oriental), especially in religious faith and practices. That means, Christianity is giving way to Buddhism, and the likes. The potent factor of any civilisation is what the people under it believe. Now, if we see schism in the western civilisation, as it is presently appearing between the US and England, then it is a matter of time for the collapse of the western civilisation. This would then push Europe further aback, and give savo to independence of Scotland and North Ireland, and probably Wales. All that possibility would reorder the world, from which China may achieve her ascension to the world hegemony, hedging Russia along; because without the western Europe the US herself is weak(see the 'Snailing Analogy' in this book). This predictive calculation for the future is possible because, as it has been argued in another book,

This predictive calculation for the future is possible because, as it has been argued in another book, "notwithstanding our humanity, we are still considerably programmed like all other animals" - Moses Oyelade, PhD.

One of the constant events in the international environment is Conflict(war). Why? Answers to this question are enshrined and anchored by our creation. We are created with psychological duality, in which we are both free agents and programmed entities. We are placed in the environment that, through the combination of our freedom of Will and our Determinism, we have cut into territories, the general environment with uneven distribution of resources. Thus, the framework of conflict is within the system of humanity. Read any of the books here and know more about our systems.

Macron, Stemier(?) and the Canadian new PM decided to size Trump up, and the Palestinians become the handy pun. The 3 chief Western nations don't like it how they are suddenly but rapidly becoming younger brothers to Uncle Sam. They know democracy doesn't go to war with democracy. In any case, the Trump dilemma or drama expires in the next 42 months. Sure, 42 months are too long to play second fiddle in the international politics, but not too long to tinker with intra-West resistance. I know they are still watching it; because Uncle Trump is not predictable, sometimes, and no one knows which or what time.
